Is character copy down?

Last few days been trying to copy my tamer to TC but can't as it won't let me select a shard to copy too. Options are Eodon and TC1 but is no check box. So I have to hit cancel as there is nothing to 'select'. I am in the EC.

They may be resetting the Test Server. Usually takes a few days to finish

They may be working on a new Pub 97 update, getting prepared for initial Pub 98 testing, or its simply borked. My guess is the former, or the latter.
