Is Char transfer back to normal?

I was going to use a char transfer token from a shield, and I got a very different looking screen. I t said:

Click "OKAY" to redeem the following: Character Transfer.

Never saw that before when using a token from a shield.

thats ok had that a few days ago must be part of new patch I clicked OK and continued to my destination with no issues
