Were We Not Told That The Game Would Be Kept Up and Running Properly? Are The Just Going To Ignore Us?

People are either freezing up or cant log in at all because of the idiots at customer service screwing up the log-ins.

EA customer service cant get there crap straight and are still telling people there is NO free gameply and no refunds.

Thanks Guys for crapping on the people that stood by this game, even when u ignored it!

I managed to get in last night, but as I hadn't logged in for a couple of weeks had to download an 11.5mb patch.

It took almost 2 hours, I have a high speed broadband connection... something not right at the EA end.

Well, all of the above is fixed now (except the Customer service, but that seems to have both good and bad people working there) - so do you take all this back now?
