Is 58 on test?

I was just curious to see if update 58 was on test yet. I was reading some of the things the devs are doing in it and it sounds like a step in the right direction. I personaly cant wait til its live.

From what ive heard and read the diminishing returns is on test the rest isnt yet.

So you can test the effect its gna have on pots and the conc blow balance etc but not the changes to pets bags of sending or faction bandies etc
