Iron Beetle Respawn

Anyone else on any other shards notice that Iron Beetles take a RIDICULOUSLY long time to respawn? I'm on Napa, and several times i'll kill off the 3 Iron Beetles in the Underworld, go do something else for an hour or two, come back, and they still haven't respawned.
Makes completing the "Armor Up" quest a week-long proccess. Considering you need 10 Undamaged Iron Beetle Scales for it, which only 20-25% of Iron Beetles have, 3 spawn at a time, and they take forever to respawn. Also makes farming for a good Stat/Resist Iron Beetle a major pain in the ass (When fully trained, they're the most powerful pet a non tamer can own, they tear apart Elder Gazers, and can tank a Ogre Lord for you). I'm wondering if this is intentional, if it's a shard specific broken spawn bug, or if if the broken spawn spans all shards.

If I remembered it correctly, each beetle spawns with 2 wolf spiders and you need to kill the spiders that are tied to the beetle before it respawns.

Yeah, i thought that might be a reason why. I generally lure away all the Wolf Spiders from the Iron Beetles so my Bane Dragon won't be constantly DPed by them while fighting the 3 Iron Beetles.

Yep, began killing the Wolf Spider that spawns with each Iron Beetle, and now their spawn is normal, lol. Also documenting the min/max Stats/Resists/Skills of the Iron Beetles to post to the Hunter's Guide. Not much info on them there yet.

Here is what i've found so far. I've lored at least 80 Iron Beetles.

STR: 760-886
DEX: 66-75
INT: 36-51
Health: 765-880
Stamina: 66-75
Mana: 36-51

Damage Type: 100% Physical
Base Damage: 15-20

Physical: 55-65
Fire: 20-30
Cold: 20-30
Poison: 20-40
Energy: 45-55

Wrest: 94.0 - 108.5
Tact: 82.6 - 97.7
Resist: 120.4 - 129.6
Anat: 80.4 - 89.5

Iron Beetles need to be subjugated before they can be tamed, thus they lose half their STR and Health when tamed. They also lose a great deal of skills, but you're able to get them all up to GM with training. Their Resist can get up to 90% of what it was pre-tame, so they can go above GM Resist with training. They take 4 Control Slots.

Biggest problem with taming Iron Beetles, is the fact that they're deep within the Underworld, and you must tow them out after taming them (Iron Beetles aren't mounts). More often than not, they get killed by monsters. One way to avoid this, is to take advantage of their burst of speed when they're hit with a spell. Cast Magic Arrow on the Iron Beetle you want to tame, and run. When he slows down, cast on him again. Repeat this until you have the Iron Beetle near the front of the Underworld (But before the cannons), subdue him and tame him there. Then you don't have to deal with the spawn trying to kill him.
