Armondo Pasquel calls upon citizens of Britannia to investigate “Mysterious Alters” that have recently appeared throughout the realm.
As rumors have spread to the city of Jhelom that corrupt individuals have made efforts to assist Mysterious Spirits in their attempt to acquire Blackrock, Armondo Pasquel requests of all Noble citizens to turn over any Blackrock they may obtain to be safely stored for the time being.
Blackrock will be accepted for safe storing at meeting locations.
