Other than the Spell focusing Sash, Defiler and the energy crystals what else can you get in the invasion event.

When is the invastion scheduled to end?

Those are the only special trinkets that you can get. But you can get gold, gems and the satisfaction of protecting Britannia...or helping to enslave it.

I'm guesing the invasion will stop in 2-3 weeks, mid January-ish, but no official word.
