I am happy to say that UOLedger.com's request to become an official UO fansite was approved this week and we're now listed under the Fansite links on UOHerald.com!

For those who have heard of us you know what we're all about. For those of you who don't, UOLedger's goal is to provide news from every shard and bring it to every player in a community-oriented fashion similar to CNN.com. We focus more on "breaking" news and posting information about events as they happen. One of the best features about UOLedger.com is that your viewing experience will be ad-free!

Similar to Stratics' news reporting, we broadcast announcements ranging from live event schedules to vendor house goldmines and ways to decorate your in-game home. However, we will soon be expanding to include the following features:

  • An in-site trading system [details to be announced]
  • Live chat room
  • Site-based games that reward visitors with UO prizes
  • Additional reporters to bring more news around the clock
  • Much more!

We're also looking for reporters, so if you are interested in writing for UOLedger.com please visit this page. And, please, if you have any news to submit to us, do so by contacting us via any of the following:

Email: news _at_ uoledger.com
AIM: UOLedger
ICQ: [discontinued due to security concerns]

We also sponsor many events-- mainly on Great Lakes until we expand further-- donating anything from Leurocian's Mempos of Fortune to millions of gold and suits of armor.

Thanks for checking us out and I hope to have you visit our site soon!

P.S. -- A big thanks to Chrissay Zeeman and the UO team for checking into our site!

One of your "Facts" is incorrect, public moongates existed long before moonstones, their functionality was early on limited to single facet travel only, this was a fun time when the gate destination was determined by the steller configuration.

Good times indeed, NewThunder ;) Remember walking up to a moongate to find a crowd waiting for a particular moon phase and making conversation about where it was in the cycle? After a while though it got a bit frustrating :wall: LOL
