Depending on where I'm at, I play from both desktop and laptop.
I got tired of trying to switch settings between two systems and keep them updated at the same time even though granted, not a lot changed if very often.
But it got me thinking how can I do a shared database, well I decided to try and put it on one drive, and I'll be damned if both don't run just fine from it sharing a singular database.
So word to the wise for anybody that would like to do something similar, just put it all on one drive, and make your launcher go to your desktop and then from there your quick launch area.
Haven't found, dont expect to, any issues so far.
