Interesting idea for champ spawns...

Claim it as your own like faction towns but not such a crappy system..

Despise (Owned by "guild")

Now in order to "own" a champ spawn you must complete it say 100 times and each skull you collect you have the option to drop it in a box of some sorts..and once you've dropped 100 skulls in the box the champ area/region belongs to your guild..

- now there's a champion spawn guard in front of every entrance of every spawn and can either be bribed or challenged..now if the champ guardian is challenged everyone in party is teleported to an area where they may challenge the boss which is an open new area where that specific spawn will spawn at a doubled difficulty that a group can defeat to reset the Owned By aspect but the fun part behind it is this every member of the guild receives a notification that their champion spawn region has been challenged via (in game,text,email or however is possible)

-benefits of owning a region if a group of players wish to do a spawn they can either bribe the guard or challenge it well since I touched on challenge what about bribe..well u can pay him a set fee..and there are two variation of bribing one is for the first 10 minutes you are free to do as you wish and nobody can enter "at all" that was not in your group for say the 1m fee but after 10 minutes the owners of the region will be again notified by the guard about your presence..or 2 you can pay 5m to give you one hour where nobody can enter "at all" unless they are in the party and after an hour if the champ has not been slain and you donot return the skull to the guard the owners of the guild are informed of your presence...

Ok with that said where does the gold go well it goes 60/40 60% to the owners guild which the GM if the guild may claim from the champ guard and 40% goes to nowhere pretty much a gold sink.

-Items we all love items

If your guild owns a champ region you may buy items from the guard as well if you qualify "guild name" so all items are dress only no mods or anything and have a 1 week timer on them and are blessed so say you buy the spawn sash which is displayed in a new slot that overlaps all clothing so you can still wear your favorite robe for say 1000 spawn points..which are accumulated through killing spawn you character is credited a certain amount of points per kill the items are inscribed with special messages.." "Your Guild Name" Reigns Supreme Over "spawn region ie: Despise"

That could give spawns a bit more life for every facet player and play style ...

NO NO NO, it is one change every 7.5 years on champ spawns and that's it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya know I think last night I was pretty hammered lol..I reread this and was just kinda like hmmm..lol mixing alcohol and Posting on UO forums isn't a good mix for me I think

Aside from wasting my time I think the only real way to get positive interest in anything on regrading fel here is to start my post with..hey put this in tram..sometime I feel like that I don't know..

Champ spawns are one system that I think works perfectly. They are good group activities, they can be soloed with more time and careful play, there is both a PvP and a PvM element, and most important the reward is appropriate for the amount of time put into the activity. I recommend no changes to the basic spawn system. What I think needs to be done is:
- Add a sea-based pirate spawn
- Add an elemental spawn
- Add a permanent altar in Fel Shame for the El spawn
- Incorporate the new loot system to all spawn mobs
- Add new spawn boss drops (like SA drops dedicated to a particular boss) and update replicas
- Slightly increase drop rates by 5% for all replica types
- Add 2 Ilshenar-rules altars in Malas to use some of the land
- Make thieves be able to steal SoT and 105 PS from spawn mobs

Fel version of Doom also. Loop rooms have odd chance of tram only bosses could spawn instead of regular spawn.

Dark Father spawn ammount based off number of players there. For every three DF that would spawn have them replaced by the Giant Mutant version. Tougher DF that also has the PS gold splash. So if large enough group to have 5 DF. Be 1 Uber DF and 2 normal DF. DF cannot damage UDF making Provo Bards cry.

Rez room damage free zone from rez kill Griefing
