I left UO when it was apparently cast in stone that we had to accept third-party cheater-catching software or not play. I wasn't willing to supply known holes in my firewall give a small companies software full access to any file on my system just to play a game.
I've read that the UO clients have been buggy since Samuri Islands. Is this still true?
Is the third-party cheater catcher software in use or did UO have a player exodus over it?
I've no problem with UO systems people checking the data stream from my client to make sure it's not been tampered with. I have a problem with anything other than my chosen anti-virus software exploring my system freely.
Are accounts and characters from 2003 still available for reactivation?
What is the latest client that comes on a CD? I chucked the UO CDs years ago.
Did they ever restore Crafting as a viable playstyle? AoS had trashed it and it was the playstyle I had enjoyed.
