I died today in the SA doing a stealable run, got the messages that money was withdrawn from my bank. I should have been revived at the silver seed tree, but didn't get the message - that sometimes happens. But when I resurrected at the ankh, all I had were my bow and insured ice quiver, heart of lion, robe of equinox and CC. Everything else was missing in action, including a blessed quiver of infinity and several tailor/smith deeds. Deeds are blessed, aren't they?
I double checked my armor and everything was insured except for two cursed items that I wear, went to the bank and had 5 stacks of gold plus 11 mill in checks. Auto-reinsure is turned on.
So, went back to retrieve my body and found that my insured legs were missing (and all my gold was looted of course). I tired to kill off the spawn and died again, but this time I did not receive the message that money was withdrawn from my bank. I resurrected and sure enough, everything was missing once again except for those 5 items. The deeds were gone once again, too.
I re-insure everything just to be certain, then headed back to SA. Next I pulled a single goblin off to the side and let it kill me. I did not get the message that gold was withdrawn from my bank. When I resurrected everything was missing except those same 5 items.
Items are marked insured, and re-insured just in case. Auto-renew insurance is on. There is gold in the bank as both gold stacks and checks. Blessed items went missing, too. Three times.
