[Inscription] Inscription Guide?

I have been out of the game for a bit, and I am looking to build a new Scribe. The stickied FAQ at the top suggests you copy books back and forth until 50, and then craft spell books? If Inscription that simple now? Or am I misinterpreting the FAQ?

I just did whatever I could to be able to have 50% chance to craft spellbooks. They cost no mana and all you need is scrolls. those took me all the way to GM.

Plus with the chance to craft spellbooks with superslayer mods, it's well worth it to make a couple Repond slayers. they still sell well.
