really good for pure thrower, unforunate very less player make pure thrower recently, may be cannot running shot well
more worst is if use throw mastery, 15 throwing skill will not count in the disarm bonus
Did I ask u for your feedback? It can be used on an archer or thrower without using the skill. Even focused necro archer since it has sdi.

Ignoring the sdi and the skills its worth 200, stop critiquing if you make it through 60% of the mods and realize the item is above your paygrade, thx ahead.
20 dci and 12 stats, no way it's close to vendor cap.
