Info request on Teir Quests

Looking for a link or helpful info on these quests. Anything to get me started and any pointers would be wonderful.

Here are the Publish notes... doing a little bold, underline, and italics on the NPCs and the quests they give as I remember them, so the list is VERY incomplete.

Quests

Tiered Quests
· Requires lower tier quests to be completed before higher tier ones can be obtained
· Most quests are repeatable, with individual cooldown timers based on the tier
o Tier 1: 30 minutes
o Tier 2: 2 hours
o Tier 3: 1 day
· Tier Requirements
o Tier 2: Complete five Tier 1 quests
o Tier 3: Complete ten Tier 2 quests
o The Zosilem quests are an exception:
§ Tier 1 requires five of Thepem’s Tier 2 quests
