I have just chated with a support agent for TT. This was his answer to the question about toon transfers and CEO phantom bug
BRADLEY:Hello Stephen.
STEPHEN: hello
BRADLEY:I see you are in inquiring about Toont transfers, and if we fixed the bug in CEO. Is this correct?
STEPHEN:Yes
BRADLEY:Unfortunately we are still unable to do a Toon transfer at this time.
BRADLEY:I do apologize if this is an inconvenience.
BRADLEY:As for the CEO bug, it is in testing. It is still in a will be fixed stage.
BRADLEY:We are working on getting both issues resolved.

o you know how long for the Toon transfers and The CEO fix will be

So FYI for everyone he told me to check back in two weeks.
