I thought this information might be useful for some, especially crafters making special requests for their customers.
You can have friends to your house with their own secure container (without taking a co-owner slot).
All you have to do is grant them co-owner status for a second and let them secure a container. After that, remove their co-owner status and leave them with "friend" status They will remain the owner of the container and it will be accessible only by them and the house owner.
So, customers can drop their order + money in your mailbox, you process their order and put it in the customer's container, for them to pick up later.
Tina and I tested, it only works with friend status, not if the person is only "accessed".
