Incorrect info about one of the ToT rewards on UO.com

It say's Wind's Edge has 40% mana leech. The one I just got ingame has 25%? Now, I'm not great at math, but 25% =/= 40%, right?

25% equals 40% just the same as stone weight equals pounds.

The property of Wind's Edge on uo.com was that of the 1st ToT in Feb. 2005.

But the way of mana leech was changed in Pub 42 ( summer in 2006 ) and the value of mana leech on Wind's Edge was adjusted at that time in the new way.

Yes = it still translates as an 80% intensity property, but it's now modified by the weapon's final swing speed.
