Incorrect Code Form

Hello! I bought a token in EA store but I think is that is wrong format it is:
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xx .

codes normally work, if its a promotional code and it doesn't fit in input box ingame, you can effectively remove the dashes, and it should work.

I always get codes in that format now and they always work.
I just need to check that when copying from the e-mail, it didn't copy an extra blank space at the end of the code when pasting.

Deal with incorrect code formats, a general disregard for people TRYING TO PAY THEM, perhaps the most confusing account management system. They make it harder for you to pay them... Not a jab at Messena at all, it's unfortunate that she actually has to deal with this nonsense.

6:5:5:5 is the correct format. I still have to change mine

I haven't had to change mine in forever. This is weird.
All I always had to after they fixed it was to check for an extra blank space at the end of the code.

ingame promotional code redeem doesn't read dashes at all, doesn't matter where the dashes are as long as the entire code fit in the box, can even remove em entirely.
