In need of help! Answer these questions please!

Hi I am SupSoc Inc. I come from Atlantic, and I am a broker. Some of you might have heard from me. I am in need of some answers please!
The questions:

1) What time zone is the shard on?
2) How is the economy?
3) THe population, what is the ratio of PvPers to PvMers? Even more in depth, The luna buyers compared to the makers. *Meaning they make their own itmes*
4) What does the shard need? Imbuing materials? Artafacts? Powerscrolls? Let me know of any and all.

The shard is in Sydney, Australia, so I imagine the timezone's the same.

The economy's fairly stagnant. Not much on-selling going on, not much selling of any kind. The market could do with some basic goods as scrolls, arties, and imbuing materials tend to gather dust.

No idea of the ratio of pvp to pvm but over all the population's low. There is a fairly vocal & seemingly active pvp community. As for pvm I'd imagine there's a lot of that going on that doesn't draw as much commentary as the pvp. Some of the more active guilds might know more about that scene.

Doublecheck all these comments, though, as most are anecdotal & not factual.

Market is none-existent. There is probably 2-3 vendors in Luna which are stocked regularly and they're pretty much meeting consumer demands.

PvM I would have no idea, but in regards to PvP there's probably 1-2 fights a week during primtime between 3T and TAFE, 2-3 on each side. Pretty much dead. Fell is totally dead during the day except a few randoms that try to sneak in some spawns.
