Lord blacky is still around used to have vendor at my shop till i closed it last week... he has a dif icq now cos he couldnt rem his pw for old one.. however you can normally find him running around luna bank

Miss Polly can do everything you are asking for, her shop is updated with new stock most days. If Europa can stay online for more than 3 minuets i might be able to tell you where on the map she is, but Europa is going up and down more often right now, than my Ex girl friends knickers!
