In game help and GM Response time. Could we have a estimated wait time?

After needing ing game help a few times lately, it is very confusing. I sit and wait for hrs and hrs, and nothing happends.

Is it possible to re-implent the wait que, or a notification of estimated wait time?

Could any Dev's state what time GM's are online - so that we dont sit and wait for nothing? And how long general response time is for a GM call to help with a issue in game?

That would be very apriciated.

Well not sure the wait queue would be ideal..I think they removed it so you wouldn't see

"You are currently number 645 in the queue, approximate wait time is 3 weeks."

Yeah I think there's like two GMs for the entire game now so having a wait time may just make it worse, lol

queue position would be sufficient to gauge wait time.

Last published list I saw for UO GM numbers, said there were about 7 GM's left, and they work in 3 different EA games, so assuming that there is always 1 GM who's not working, or asleep, that leaves 6 GM's for all 3 games, averaging out to 2 GM's for UO, and that's just hoping that UO is treated equally to the other games, its very possible the other games have 3 each and UO only gets 1 every couple hours, or days.
