Improvement to Reptalons

I was thinking that now that dragons/greaters dread mounts etc all have the same fire breath that reptalons started with, why not change the firebreath of reptalons to a meteor swarm type attack? make it so they throw out multi fireballs in one breath, each fireball being less powerful than the fire breath type. Reptalons would become a fun pet for champs and other mass spawns.

Technically, it was present (and mechanically identical) in the original Doom, too.

Yup, I blasted many a thing in Doom with the good ole BFG.

On topic though, I'd say have them have an explosion attack -- it builds up based on attacks on the creature until it can be used, then the Reptalon can decide to let it go.

It causes conflagration + poison cloud + confusion + a four point greater explosion (corners of a 9x9 square) around itself. You want firepower, baby, that's FIREPOWER.
