Considering the penalties on both, that lessens the value. The War Cleaver isn't fast enough. I forget if either of those are two handed, but if so, worth even less (or possibly nothing). The best I'd think you could do on the first one is 500k.. maybe around the same on the second, in light of no hit spell. Good Luck.
