Imbuing Problem

I just went to try to imbue some bracelets and I am now only able to add one skill to the item. If I attempt to add a second skill, it overwrites the first skill that was added to the bracelet. Is this a new bug?

If you try to add a second skill from the same skill group, it overwrites the first one. No bug, its even stated in the imbuing window that another skill gets overwritten.
