Imbuing on Test center

Maybe I overlooked this, but are the special ingredients already in bank? I didn't see them and they wouldn't make you go out and farm them for test center right?

Yeah all the easily obtainable stuff is there like the Mining Gems and Lumberjacking resources but all the special ingredients that were introduced with SA are MIA, well except enchanted Essence, Relic Frags, and well you get the picture.
