Imbuing multiple skills on jewels

Guildie asked me for a bracer with 3 skills on it - Magery, Disco and Music

At every level I have tried, Magery and Music overwrite each other, even if they are the only property on the item.

I suspect that this may be because they belong to different skill groups and there is a limit to the mix and match we are being permitted to indulge in. However, there are jewels available on one vendor we have seen with up to 4 skills, including Magery Bard skills. So either someone has a workaround for the problem I have encountered, or these are dropped jewels that have been improved through Imbuing..very possible I suppose.

If so, dropped items and Imbued items seem to obey different rules regarding the properties then can hold. I vaguely remember a short discussion about that a few weeks ago.

Does anyone have an answer for me on this?

theres a sticky up top for the skill groups titled "Skills and combinations possible on Jewelry...", and no i dont believe monster drops follow the same rules. so its possible to somewhat get around the skill groups if u get the right drop from a mob, i believe.

No, Loot drops follow the exact same rules as to which skills can drop (literally impossible for a non-event/EM-made item to have 2 skills from the same group).

What the loot jewelry does have is that it can have all 5 groups up to 15 points, when the weighting system for jewelry will limit total skills to about 50 points total.

You can easily have disco, provo, and peace on the same jewelry, but only magery OR music.
