i have no idea, i sniped it from a vendor for i think 1 or 2m because i was curious...

it was from when auction safes first came out and it would remove the bless, so you could imbue blessed items. they worth something, but i dont think a ton. kinda a good mid-grade pvp item if there are dci issues? i made maybe 10 helms, sold most of them for 10 to 20m range.
