Imbibing skill

Tectop

Journeyman
I was wondering does the same character with imbuing have to have High level of Blacksmith and high tailor skills to be effective or can I use one toon with 120 smith and 120 tailor to make the weapons / armor and let a different toon with 120 imbuing reforging and add mods.

Thanks

you can use two different characters - but was the title of the thread a Freudian slip? Imbibing? How drunk do you have to be to gain in that one? ;)

My Imbuer only has enough Tailor and Smith to get colored BODs and craft all carpentry house add-ons that require the skills.

So, yes, crafting with another character for the imbuer to then work from is perfectly fine.

Though, the autocorrect thing is humorous, and I wonder sometimes how drunk the folks at Mythic (later Broadsword) were when they came up with some of the ideas for how imbuing and reforging work. Seriously, the 1.4 weight for skill points is ludicrous, and the loot changes quickly made most of imbuing and reforging moot, if you got a character capable of farming high-end stuff.
