Hello! SP is a fun place to do those things.
i agree ^^^ although when i came here it was called NEW(same purpose) but i was only in it for about 2 weeks before i broke out on my own and that was earlier this year, i love it here even though sometimes action can slow down but really there is always something to do as long as you have the proper temp.(soulstones are big here) I you ever need help just ask in gen im sure most will help if they can if not they'll try and find someone who can, just don't tell us where you are unless absolutely required some of us like to murder people 
oh and all the main pvp guilds are factions to include ARRR(min) i4ni(com) and FYOU(sl), you'd have to talk to each guild and where you'd like to join based on your own preferences. But that's all i have time for gotta go to work. Take care and WELCOME to SIEGE!!
