i ask this becasue after countless paragons killed i have gotten none that is 8 para anchient wyrms and about 10 para balrons

Nope, just earlier within an hour i got 4 Minor Artifacts from killing Lich Lord Paragons with 1961 Luck. Used 10th Anniversary Sculpture to get that high of Luck. Killed about 7 Paragon Balrons last night and didn't get any Ilshenar Minor Artifacts.

Too bad the Stratics Paragon Hunter's Guide caps at 1340 Luck, even at that amount of Luck it says that i have a 1/13 Chance to get a Marty from a Paragon LL, and a 1/7 Chance to get a Marty from a Paragon Balron
