Ilshenar treasure spot

I have a buried treasure location on ilshenar that is all the way to the east on the map on a strip of a sandy beach. Could use some help on how to get there. Thanks

Hmm dat depends on yooz shard iffn itz da beach meez tinkin ob. Yooz can getz to itz on meez shard but not sure ob udder shardz - meez would ask in general chat on yooz shard.

on Legends, and I'm pretty sure was installed on all shards, near Compassion gate there is a red dragon statue - clicking that will take you to the beach
