In the dungeon Wisp of Ilshenar there are no more paragons. I've killed wisp for about 1 hour and NO paragon. Is there a bug?

Ilshenar: Dungeon Wisp without paragons

I was there a few nights ago, Ivory, for about half an hour and several paragon wisps spawned during that time. You may have to roam a bit to find the paragons.

I was just there about an hour, there were already Paragons there on the main entry floor.Dropping down where the dark ones are - I never saw one again. Several spawned that said [Guardian] instead of paragon, but they weren't gold colored - which is odd,
The chests still say paragon so I'm thinking paragon & Guardian are meant to be interchangeable, they also had limited mobility like a regular paragon. Had one that spawned one of those flesh creatures which then went thru a closed door.

Keep at it and move around different places. There is no guarantee on the amount of time it takes. No bug. Sometimes it happens fast, sometimes slow.
I was in a room but it's not the first time that i go to wisp, for the poppy powder. And normaly i remain in a room kiling wisps and many paragon spawns. I'll try to move in various room then I'll see .

Move around than just hunting in one localized spot.
I think the guardians are left over from one of the events, might just be some of the event code hasn't been turned off yet.
