Ignored player list is blank?

I have not been around that much lately, but am getting back into the swing of it. I have kept up on the patches over the last two months but that's about it. After going in General Chat tonight I noticed that all of the folks I had placed on ignore are no longer on ignore. When I checked the "list" it was blank. Nothing there but add (new) option. Was there a patch that messed with the lists?

why do people always announce when they are putting someone on ignore? i've always wondered this.
