1.) The siege'ers are typically the die hards that are very passionate about the game and therefore more vocal?

Because the other 97% of the players actually play the game more than posting on stratics?

Its the perfect example of a vocal minority. There has been many examples of vocal minorities in history. We can thank vocal minorities for things like prohibition.

Vocal minorites have brought a lot of good to the world as well, but this is about UO.

Siege and it's players are what they are. We may be few but we pay and play just as any other subscriber does. Yes, we choose to play the alternative rule set. That does not make us wrong.

I will leave the numbers to the people that oversee the balance of the game. All I ask is that they consider the addition of the power scrolls. Those were not in play when RoT came to be.
