ok public house owned by osi went through all stages of decay after the idoc stage it has refreshed to slightly worn but all though public you cant enter building you could enter last night also before and now sais demolition pending .

any ideas all you experts

also im assuming from the ammount of stuff it might be from a banned account , if it drops is it true the items get delleated

Typically when a house goes OSI that means it has Vendors. If the vendors are still standing there it's not going to fall... The Vendors then run out of contract anytime in about 30 days.... at which point the Vendors then get sent into the house sign for the owners to pick them up along with all their goods...... this can take up to 9 days.

When all the vendors are gone from the house then it will fall.... and from what I've seen it can just drop.... at slightly.... But then I'm also told that Mesanna sometimes comes and drops them.

So good luck. And if it's a Banned account that was Banned from Duping it doesn't say anything No owner no OSI..... just 2 lines ..... nothing else.

thanks dont think its vendors but maybe all stuff inside is from long time ago couldnt see any new items and parrot is very old loads of 2004 items

Im no expert with idocs but i think that is normal for osi owned when the house turn to the next stage u should be abe to enter the house again

Just because the house owner dont bank his/her stuff does not mean it is from a banned acc some people just walk away thats all

Some items will get deleted when it fall people have reported deeded cotainers and academic bookcases will poof with all items.
Maybe someone with more expirience form idocs can give u a list what items poof

Vendors being present has certainly been why houses have gone to OSI in the past. However in this current spate some houses with no vendor at all have gone to OSI, why I have no idea. Also when a public house goes OSI you cannot enter it for some reason whilst it is still 'like new' and 'slightly' if I remember rightly you get access again when it goes to the 'Somewhat' stage.
