Idoc timers changed and no one told us?

no the recent changes, normally when it changes from GW to IDOC there is roughly a 7hr timer, well today i saw one stand for 10 hours?

What does "OSI" owned mean?

I've had my eye on a few IDOC plots but after IDOC they just always seem to refresh the cycle again and return to "Like new"

OSI = Origin Systems Inc. Usually this means that there are vendors on the property that are rented. It could mean that there is something in the house that needs to be removed before the house is allowed to decay.

As I yesterday checked my bank balance with housing tool I got the message that house placement currently is not possible.
So it seems, that the house server was down and the downtime has added to your IDOC wait time.

OSI owned houses could mean different things. Either it had vendors not owned by the house owner or it means it was a banned acct and the DEV team took control of the house. These houses are near impossible to tell when they will fall. Some have now stood OSI owned for years.

This is normally the problem with longer wait times than the 7 hour rule......nothings changed...people are still leaving...and there houses are still falling [whatever] .
