I seriously would try to do a vendor search on Atlantic and take all the high value items and xfer token or shard shield token my character to Atlantic, more people, more demand, more money people are willing to spend.
I can tell you that the Singing Ball goes anywhere from 60m-over 10o million depending on the person selling and the person buying on the Atlantic shard, if you can, sell it there. Load your bank up, character up and xfer that character with the loot maybe load some bonded pack animals as well. You can find a vendor for free in Luna last I looked from Veronica Mars on Atlantic, pretty cool person imo. I can't speak for that person obviously but they were offering free spots 3 nights ago.
Metallic Leather Tub is kind of pricy on Atlantic. I can't give exact figure, sorry.
Novo Bleu is not worth a lot, I'd just use the set on a character if I had found them. 1-5m on Atl.
Brit Ship varies, have sold 3 around 9-11m Atl
Your Buddy Token isn't worth much (last I looked it up). It was under 1m.
Reindeer Mask on Atl is 1-5m last I looked.
Refinement amalgamator used to be able to be bought off a vendor somewhere, I wouldn't give 500gps for it but someone else might. I don't believe it's a rare at all, could be wrong though. No-one else here to help correct me so ask around.

Green straw hat- If the title says green in it, it's worth a little, if other wearable items I have seen are any indication!
Spun Copper Diving Bell, can be obtained (Or at least I got one from doing the underwater quest in Malas) and afaik can still be obtained from getting all the quest items unless it has changed in the last 3 years.
Any wearable Xmas item with shard name on it, hang onto it or even other strangely named items.
Statue of Finnigan, not sure I rarely see one for sale. I have several and think they're pretty neat.
Any of the event items are probably worth a bit, sadly I'm sorry I haven't the slightest clue to their worth.
An easier and quicker way of finding out is to do a vendor search for all of the above on Atlantic while the Rare's tiny little turnout is going on and sell it all on Atlantic if possible. Apparently fewer and fewer people are collecting. I've had a question as well and not an answer one.
I'm sorry I could not be as knowledgeable as some of the other guys and girls on here and help you through this with pinpoint accuracy. As I mentioned apparently UO isn't what it once was and fewer people caring to answer questions if they're thinning out or working their butts off making a living right? There are very few vendors at the little rares fest on Atl this week, maybe 20-30 (if that), it used to be a lot more of a turnout and a few people I have met there are snobbish and rude. It used to be rare to find a rude person at the rares fest unless it was a griefer! I'm worth a few plat and could potentially make someone rich but only buying from the people with manners. I love this game and that saddens me and not being able to get replies to a question on here is almost as sad.
I wouldn't sell that Singing Ball, if it is old school, not a Drunk Woman's singing ball, Boar Singing Ball and one other I know of for less than 90m. I think there were 3 newer and then the original first one which just says Singing Ball. If it is the original first one hold out and don't take less than 90m I don't care what anyone on here tells you or messages you (I promise). It WILL bring that on Atlantic if not more if you can get it there. I'd give you 90m now but I don't have a xfer token ride back to my shard and am too cheap to buy one lol.
I'm sure someone will be on here to correct me because I only collect certain items which of course means I only know about those particular items and also answer the question I have eventually so hang in there!!
