sous chef of skara, a recent winner on chopped posted the following today:

Pan Roasted Goblin

1 fresh goblin, skinned, gutted and deboned.
4 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
4 carrots
4 potatos
1 leek
1tsb of salt
1/2 tsb of pepper
2 bayeaf
4 oz parsley
1/2 cup of yew tree oil
1 cup of horde minion stock.
1 cup skara brae ale

Flatten and tenderize Goblin using a shadow runic hammer

In a roasting pan add 3 tablespoons of yew tree oil and brown goblin on all sides till you see a nice light brown color and set aside.

using an ornate axe cut goblin into quarters. deglaze the bottom of the pan with the skara ale, stirring frequently. chop up and add 1/2 the ingredients. bring the stock mixture to a boil and reduce to simmer. Add chopped Goblin and simmer for 3 hours stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes until veggies are tender.

Spoon into bowls and serve. yields 4 servings per goblin.
