Idle too long

I'm setting here working magery. And i'm still getting idle too long warning messages. The first time last night i did move, but after that figured i'd see what happens. Yeah even while casting it gave me the idle warning then i was disconnected from game. Is there anyway to fix this? Or is this just something they'll have to fix?

cast a spell, talk, cast a spell, talk....etc etc, just casting a spell wont count as not being idle.

Stop macroing unattended for starters I just move every 5 or 10 minutes...
