Jade wishes to construct an igloo on Arctic Island from blocks of white ice that are craftable.
A perfect 11th or 12th year Vet reward (especially for Jade) would be a slab of ice containing a fishing hole that she can lock down next to her igloo on snow tiles.

Areas in UO should have local building materials which IF a player chooses to use them, gives the structure they build extra storage capacity.
Example: Arctic Isle building materials should be what is available in the area, blocks of ice and for every 25 "Ice" tiles used a house gains a certain percent extra storage. (Just an example of a formula that might be used)
Players would not be forced to use local materials (tiles) to build in this manner but would benefit by doing so by gaining extra storage, and each building constructed with local materials would help to make the game more immersive in my opinion.
Umbra area=Shadow tiles
Yew/Heartwood area=Elven tiles
Mountain areas=Stone tiles
Forested Areas=Logs/wood tiles
Desert Areas=New Tent tiles!
Tokuno Area=Asian tiles
...and so on.
Or simply make the older tiles local for Trammel/Fel and newer tiles local for the expansion areas that introduced them.
With the total max available bonus storage for all possible tiles used on gthe structure being 20%.
I would love to be able to go to Tokuno and not see huge square stone English looking buildings!
