Ideas for mailboxes and beverages

based on the interview with mesanna on uoforums, what are some ideas for tweaks/additions to mailboxes and new beverages/food items some would like to see added

for mailboxes, we could have a mail pickup box in major city banks, simply address the item or bag of items with the coordinates of the house (either based on the tile under the house sign or maybe the mailboxes coords, whichever is easier to code) or somehow add a way to go by a character name? maybe have only registered users of the mail system able to use it, as in you walk up to mail chest for first time and dbl click it, it gives you a registration gump where you enter either a character name or house name and if its not taken you are signed up to send and receive items thru the mail without visiting the house you want to mail to.

as for beverages, there are plenty im sure but where to start heh.
either add new none player effecting drinks, tea, coffee root beer stuff like that.
or if they really wanted could add a few potion-esqe drinks.
caffeinated = boosted dex at a loss of int
fizzy = boost of int at a loss of str
earthen = boosted str with loss of dex
demonic = harsh with adverse affects on karma
moonwater = light with uplifting affects on karma

thoughts?

I don't have an opinion regarding a new mail system. However, I like the idea of adding beverages that provide players a temporary boost, similar to the fish pies that chefs can make now. (Unfortunately, the ingredients are far too expensive and few people seem to buy them.) I do feel that beverages like the ones you've suggested should be made by chefs or alchemists, using the distilling system already in the game.
