Idea for next Halloween

I know it's way to early to start for next year, but I just thought of a really cool little item.

A bag of flaming mongbat poo!

When double clicked the bag drops to your feet and begins to burn. Anyone who runs over top of it puts out the fire but gets "tagged" for lets say an hour. While they're tagged any NPC they run by would make a comment about how horrible they smell and generally insult the person about their lack of hygiene.

Can you imagine luna bank with dozens of flaming bags of poo laying around?
