I find that I really like silver etched maces but the moves are not great for all undead or skill sets. Sooo.. what do you think about adding some new recipes for other silver etched weapons? Something other than hoping for a UBWS.
Let the discussion begin,

I've been lobbying for rebalancing legacy weapons and adding new recipes but I've yet to see any indication they'll ever do anything about it. I figure I'm not the only one that would like to not be forced to use some ML weapon (wishes broadsword/longsword/viking sword were more viable). In fact, I don't even think there's a recipe for a legacy weapon is there?

Example:
Diamond Mace - 14-17 - 3.00s
Broadsword - 14-15 - 3.25s
Viking Sword - 15-17 - 3.75s

I realize that's a little off-topic but they need to look into more recipes alongside rebalancing.

Anyways... good luck. :S

I'd like to see special moves broken down into 2 handed large, 2 handed medium, one handed medium, and one handed small. Instead of this 2 per weapon system. More choices without the constant need to switch weapons.

I've been gone and I'm not familiar with this "silver etching" stuff, but it sounds like something that should be available to any melee weapon, and to arrows and bolts. And it shouldn't be a huge bonus, just a small one.

UO has gotten to be a game where you do everything according to 20 different factors, and differently on Tuesdays than on Saturdays, depending on the season, and if there's a white elephant in the room.
