A few points:
We must ask Olivia Kanlocke (EM) to run the meetings, for interpersonal reasons that should be clear. It will be a good idea to bond with our EMs, considering recent history, and we can share ideas and make plans for events.
Every member of RBG ought to be included in monthly meetings, not just captains. Although we are a hierarchy in-game, when we interact with our EMs it's fair to include everyone who wants to come, since contact with them cannot be the property of an exclusive group.
For true fairness, since RBG the theme has a mandate to include everyone, RBG the guild and its constituent regiments also ought to have a presence/thread in this forum. RBG the guild is simply the umbrella organization for several legitimate regiments. Regardless of what anyone feels about the stone holder, the regiments are in fact independent groups and have a right to be represented here.

I think a Captain's meeting should be all captains because if its to be an "in character" meeting, that's how it should be presented. Also imagine that for whatever reason the theme grows (hoping so) and we end up having 200+ ppl in the theme --- it would be assanine to have all of those meet up in a small room in the castle. I think the last time we had a meeting (where we brought up the factions issue) actually went very well! Don't you? You were there. I came out of that meeting feeling good and purposeful --- you and I were supposed to talk to PGoH to establish diplomacy, Cyric was supposed to plan something in Haven, I had the Gala up and coming... I thought we did good. Having smaller groups gives every regiment representation and also makes it more productive as every captain gets a turn to speak, etc. etc. and if a Captain cannot attend they can appoint someone to step in.
In regards to this forum, I have (if you have seen the stickies) always included all regiments (regardless of guild tag) in ALL I do. The reason this forum exists is most people use Stratics, Messana uses Stratics, EM's use Stratics, and well... UO as a whole uses Stratics. Its the most accessible. Every single regiment is welcomed here, there are no private forums here and everything will be out in the open for everyone to participate in.
I will make this clear, from today onward these forums will be drama free. No posting "starting fights" with anyone (including myself or any other theme member) will be allowed. We will not allow anyone to be baited into "tit for tat" arguements here; those posts will be locked. They may not always be deleted but they will be at least locked to prevent drama from escalating. The IC forum will contain ONLY IC threads, if someone posts out of character stuff there, we will move it to the OOC forum.
All I ask for is cooperation... like you posted today... and feedback, ideas, and support. Fair enough?
