Icons getting stuck..

Sometimes when I have certain spells cast one me like mind rot, evil omen or clumsy the icon dosent disappear after the timer runs out..will this eventually be fixed? I know the spell has worn off but its just annoying seeing that icon hanging around..lol

best way to fix this ive always had someone cast them on me and they dissapere after there timer runs out.
