I would like to transfer my house furnished to my other account.

My Crafter uses the house more now, than the original owner, My Worrier. The two are on different accounts.
Currently my Crafter is co-owner, and the annoyances of "you did not lock this down so you can not unlock it" is driving me nuts. This is the reason for transferring the house to the crafter, Furnished.

Can I transfer the house Furnished?
I am concerned about loosing the furnishings in the house during the transfer.

Sure you can do this. There may only issues happen, if one account has the purchased storage upgrades, the receiver not, and the amount of used lockdowns is higher than what the receiver could take. I think in this situation the house cannot be transferred, but I'm no longer sure.
