Not to rain on your parade, but that's pretty much the poor mans UOA only it's the older than the one scuzz talks about.

It was preferred in pre-tram days because the equip/dequip feature worked faster than UOAs (and UO had not yet had a macro for weapons.) The famous double hally hit was really hard to do without it... but doable. The less skilled picked it up to compete... *shrugs*

People care too much about the 3rd party apps out there. Most posts pancakes about them are people complaining about spilled milk. Now there have been a FEW programs out there that I'd say were really bad for this game... but EAs stamped them all out long long ago... hell, the 'speedhacks' these days dont even do anything really.

The real problems with UO are those like Arden who exploit bugs to illegally steal other peeps items or those like Cash who befriend people just to get close enough to them so they can take advantage.

3rd party apps haven't been anything to pancake about for years and years now..... IMO
What was illegal? I found all my loot on the ground. If there was inquis on the floor would you pick them up?

Maybe there's so much confusion because you haven't been upfront about it. You didn't answer my question as to why you told Pantero that you would try to return it to him. When you talked to him, you never said anything to him about your reasoning... you simply said that Sir Daniel had it and you didn't know if you could get it back. I won't speak for anyone else, but I do think that others saw you say that you would attempt to return it, too.

Here's a thought: If you want to end the confusion, if you ever talk to Pantero again, at least tell him everything that you are claiming here, instead of BSing and saying that you meant to return the weapon to him, etc.
Yeah well funny story, I dont have the sword.

I told him I would try and get it back, I am no longer in KOC. If these guys and their guildies cared so much about player justice maybe he would get the weapon back since I GAVE it to its owner, but I would never asked the rightful owner to return their property, hence why pantero will probably never get it back, oh and the fact that he doest play.

Lets keep this going, this is fun.

Give me an email and you'll see it. In fact, I'll send you the whole folder of over 20 screenies of idjits stupid enough to post their hacks on Stratics.

I don't call people out with no reason, unlike certain folks
I have lots of those screen shots also, probably some of them are the same :)

Exploiting a bug is illegal. Playing stupid about it is not, being stupid should be. And looking like a reenob with rabbit teef, definitely.

The fact that you downplay it as much as you just did makes you as suspect as Cash, IMO
I was thinking the exact same thing.

The poor man's UOA? Who cares?

Unless I'm really out of the loop, it can't do anything anybody should care about.
It allows many advantages such as; auto opening doors faster than an "open door" macro can (very handy during a chase). Even better is the macro to auto unequip a two handed wep, drink a pot and rearm with one smooth macro that performs what should be 3 seperate macros without any human reaction time). There are many other macro advantages that UOA is not capable of.

The fact is that just like the "tree" enhancement BR recently defended, these programs DO provide distinct advantages. Otherwise, why would anyone use them? It's not to save ten bucks.

I would not know what the other "stuff" we are not allowed to discuss here on Stratics can do. Never tried 'em. It would not be prudent...

We are done here...

I would like to mention I was able to create a sweet one button disarm, chug, rearm macro in enhanced client. *smiles* And it is with in the rules using no third party app at all. Not even UOAsisst.
