I think I hit every regularly stocked vendor on SP (don't hold me to that) but I couldn't find any low-end bowyer runic kits for sale.

Anyone want to unload some ash/oak kits?? Preferably cheap!

As those kits give perfect blanks for Imbuing, I doubt you will find any. I know people im My guild are willing to pay 100k++ for an Oak.
