If its a true PP cu it wont slow down when low life and will jump at people skipping several tiles. If its a PP hyrue(sp?) you can mount it when it is paralized.I recently renewed an account how can u tell if your pets are pre patched?
I'm not sure what "pre patched means" I just see people saying the have pre patched white wyrms..just curious

There are technically two kinds of Prepatch Cu's. 1. Curse tamed ect. (These are the ones usually referred to as Pre Patch Cu's). 2. The Speed Cu's which you described.(Which everyone just calls, Speed Cu)If its a true PP cu it wont slow down when low life and will jump at people skipping several tiles. If its a PP hyrue(sp?) you can mount it when it is paralized.
My pre-patch white wyrm can't eat gold. It only eats meat.I recently renewed an account how can u tell if your pets are pre patched?

hmm cu's came a LONG time AFTER AOS so there is a bit of a problem, what patch (timeline) constitutes the cu being a pre patch? Can't be AOS. And no one was talking about pre-patch Cu's, WW or Dragons when I left in late 2008/early 2009 after over 7 yrs of playing full time and having 2 legendary tamers both with cu's, WW and dragons tamed, so it would seem this phenomena has happened since then. Unless it is a completely made up thing.
I know asking before in chat about 'what constituted' a pre-patch Cu when people were trying to sell one at some exorbitant price the answers were wild and wonderful and certainly not consistent from one person to another. I have Cu's tamed during the first week of the release of Mondain's Legacy, 374/5 weeks old (as old as my parrot gained in the first week) which means they 'Must' be pre-patch, yet see no difference with the cu's I tamed last week when it comes to game play etc.
I too am wondering then what the pre patch animals are supposed to do and why there seems to be such a difference in price.
What are you even talking about?Cu's fast attack does not mean its pre patch, they all do it at random times from what I've seen.
Its totally different than a "Speed Dog". And Speed dogs are no longer obtainable, thus people often call them Prepatch as well.Speed attack or whatever you called it. I've found that my pre patch cu and new cu tames both sometimes glide really fast when attacking at random times.
You mean like this?Prepatch Unicorn! Mine eats MEAT. Not like today's wussy vegan ones.
